Shipping Policies

Processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
USPS shipping: Once handed over to the USPS postal service, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
USPS claims: In the event of loss, delay or damage to the package while in the possession of USPS, the claim must be made directly with them, using the tracking number assigned to your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Incorrect or incomplete address: Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in the address provided.
Additional shipment: Although we offer free shipping , on certain orders, if the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be required to cover the reshipping costs.
Reshipping cost: The cost may vary between $5.00 y $15.00, depending on the area and the weight of the package.
